SWARM

So on Sat. i went to SWARM! SWARM is a program at Emporia that helps freshman get a head start at school. So we got a lot of infromation, enrolled in classes, pre-ordered our books, got our student ids and got a checking account at the local bank there. So technically i'm now a student of Emporia State University!!! YA! i'm soooo excited, everyone is sooo nice there and i love the campous i still would love to just wonder around and explore...and check out the...landscape...yeaaahhh....(hotties) ANYWHO! by the way there were quite a few of 'em out there.
For a grad/birfday pres i was thinking of begging my folks for an IPod so that i don't have to take my boombox or any of my cds with me. I think that would save space and would prevent me losing some of my fav cds.
Got my Senior pics taken. I haven't gotten to see what they look like yet though so i'm still waiting for the pics. But some of them i took with my cat, some with my guitar and some just by my lonesome. I hope they turn out well i think they will. I'm barefoot in all of them so and i'm just wearing my green turtle neck so hopefully it will portray the real me. Not someone just dressing up and "smiling" (really they're grimacing). So ya...when those are done i'm hoping to have some to hand out. But thats still in the works.
on other news.
Doing crazzy clean up for Mother's Day and my Mum's birfday since they are so close together. See all my mummmy wanted for both those days is a spectacularly clean house for Bob's grad recpection. So i'm working on that.
hmm...i'm trying to remember if i have home work or not and truthfully i can't really remember so i don't really care.
oh! I'm going to have a poem of mine published in a ameatur poets contest on poetry.com. if i win third place i'll recieve a bronze medal, if i win 2nd i'll win a silver medal and if i win 1st i'll get 1,000 dollars!!!! But that fact that i'm getting published anyways since i made the semifinals. So that will be my third piece being published. I'm really happy, especially since i only submitted cause i kind felt like 1,000 dollars would be really nice for school. But if i win anything i'll let ya'll know. Ok so you are probably wondering what poem it is. Lol! so here it is.

18!! DAYS!!! OH YEAH BABBY! lol...oh i'm sooo ready for school to be over. The weather is already agreeing with me! Nice and warm! The sun is all bright and shiny begging people to come out and play! Today i already sat out in it reading a book. Oh it felt sooo good on my skin! My pasty pale white girl skin!!! lol!!!

On not so bright news, i have to got to the doctor's today to get some blood work done. I've been so completely tired lately no matter how much i sleep that he wanted to take some tests just see whats going on. So yar. I don't really like needles. And the dudes with the needles ALWAYS have a hard time finding my viens...incompentent fools...jk!

Can't wait to graduate! All my stuff came the other day, my cap and gown and my TANKARD!! YES i got a tankard its A-mazing! Also all my invites came and now i'm just waiting on Senior Pictures to take place and then i'll send them. Lol!

ALSO i'm way excited about prom, I've been trying to atleast get some color on my arms and stuff seeing as i'm wearing a strapless dress. Oh the dress is soo pretty. And i'll be wearing pearl earings taht my grandmother sent me that she got as a christmas present from my grandfather! I'm so excited and i'm just absloutely sure this will end up being one of my happiest days.

Updating!

Ok yar i'm finally updating aren't ya'll special?! Not really...anywho... So here i am at work. Yeppers. Today was going to be my sleep in day but no i had to come in. But thats ok. I was awake anyways. Next friday hopefully i'll be able to sleep though.

21 Days left of school! Yeah baby! I'm way mundo exicted! Since i'm already offically a student at Emporia State Universty! Its all so wonderful God has just truly blessed me with this school and how everything is happing so fast and easily. He truly is a wonderful and loving God.

But anyways i'm just hanging out at work, its cool. Its just me and Brian so thats always fun because Brian is funny. And hes mundo talented at the guitar so when he goes to just jam its always great to listen to him play. Unfortuntly i was never given that talent. I can play...i guess, and i enjoy it, but i know i'll never be as good as he is. Or even as good as Lucinda is. Speaking of him, if you haven't gone on his blog and heard his song i strongly suggest you do so its amazing. There is a person truly blessed with a talent.

But thats all i've got to say for today.

Changed plans

Ok, so the whole Pride and Prejudice dress is a no go. BECAUSE while my mother and i are were browsing at Rome's Boutique i found the perfect dress. Its a strapless bronze dress. Its so beautiful i think even prettier than the Pride and Prejudice dress that i was considering. Also i have a date so i don't have to go stag. My friend Jeremy and i are going together so I know we'll have fun. *evil laughter* For those of you how know Jeremy you'll understand. So yar!

Ugh, its sad about the Seven Project but i know its for a good reason even though dependeing on what day it is in the future fall i may or maynot be able to attended. *sobs* Its all Lucinda's fault! jk...really i am...hehe. But we still had fun i think that night anyways. Ugh...their youth room is off the CHAIN!! lol! Its soo cool!!!

So not much else is really going on. Just have like 28 days left of school!!! YESS!!! My last day is the 11 or 12 of MAY! so i only have this month left and then its practacilly over!! No i'm not counting the days till my highschool career is blissfully over!!! HAHA!!! Then my grad is on the 20 ya'll have to attended. i will have proper invitations comeing out...sometime. lol. i'm way lazy.
